My journey began as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company before transitioning to remote work in 2014. Since then, I've worked with clients across various industries, including telecom, healthcare, real estate, publishing, education, and small businesses, taking on diverse roles that strengthened my adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Throughout my career, I've managed projects, supported executives, led teams, coordinated operations, created content, and helped businesses streamline their day-to-day processes. I pride myself on being dependable, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions that make work easier and more efficient.

With nearly 10 years of experience creating visual content through Canva, I have designed graphics for blog posts, social media, presentations, invitations, product labels, and marketing materials. I also enjoy creating digital resources such as workbooks, worksheets, and branded PDFs that are both visually appealing and functional.

I have experience managing client accounts and leading teams of more than 15 members. My responsibilities included coordinating workflows, implementing processes, training team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring client expectations were consistently met. I take pride in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment while maintaining high service standards.

Over the years, I have managed newsletters and email communications from planning to distribution. My experience includes content curation, email design, scheduling campaigns, audience management, and tracking performance metrics to improve engagement and communication effectiveness.

I provide reliable administrative support, including data entry, online research, document preparation, database management, scheduling, and record organization. My attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help businesses maintain efficient and organized operations.

With close to a decade of experience managing social media platforms, I have supported businesses through content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring. I am experienced in using tools such as Hootsuite and SocialOomph and have created content ranging from standard posts and reels to promotional graphics and Facebook ad creatives.

I bring hands-on experience in customer service operations across the technology, billing, and booking industries. My background includes supporting customers through email, live chat, and phone channels while monitoring performance, improving workflows, maintaining service quality, and contributing to operational efficiency.
