Happy Thanksgiving! The Thanksgiving festivities have just concluded, and I anticipate that this upcoming week will be a bustling one. Originally, I had planned to write and post this last week, but I decided to take a break, enjoy some relaxation, catch up on sleep, and spend quality time with Lala.

Since the official launch of Chasing Life by Shara and the publication of my website, I haven't made any posts. Balancing my role as a project manager, creative and research work, and managing personal struggles has been a challenging endeavour. I was still in the process of adjusting to various aspects, including my bio clock. I experienced moments of nearly breaking down and thoughts of "I can't do it," but now, I can confidently say that I have adapted and adjusted to everything. There are no more pending tasks or overdue projects, and I have successfully established my schedule.
Reflecting on Thanksgiving, a lot has transpired in the past months, and I am eager to share those experiences, especially considering the changes in my work. Moving forward, I pledge to be active and post regularly. Despite the significant changes and negative occurrences, I remain thankful. I appreciate the things I lost because they taught me valuable lessons. The losses paved the way for what I have now.
2023 has proven to be a year filled with numerous lessons. Among them are "to always be grateful, no matter what" and "to always find the brighter side of things." While I have endeavoured to adopt this mindset in the past, it wasn't until this year that it evolved from a mere mindset into a lifestyle. Many things in the past months (particularly the past weeks) didn't go as planned, but I noticed that these setbacks didn't disappoint or frustrate me. Instead, during those moments, I delved deeper into understanding what God was trying to convey.
I cannot assert that everything is perfect right now, but I am confident that everything will be better in the future, soon. It's acceptable that I faced struggles in the past and continue to navigate challenges in the present because all of this is geared towards a brighter future.
